I don’t know what it is about the holiday season, but it always seems to manage to get me behind on all of the lovely things I want to do. I think it’s something about getting the (fantastic) excuse to hang out and spoil the people I care about that tends to lead me to having less free time than usual. Life wouldn’t be nearly as fun without those people in my life, so I suppose that’s a pretty good excuse!
However, it means I’m a bit late with sharing some of my favorite images from Angela and Shawn’s family. I had a blast photographing Angela and Shawn and their three children.
As a Northwest Iowa photographer and Central Iowa photographer, I travel around the area quite a bit, so I was happy to meet them at their own farm for quite a few of the photos. Their property is absolutely gorgeous; sometimes I wish I had the chance to wake up to such large, sprawling land in the mornings.
The oldest girl was happy to play model anytime she was asked, and she’s clearly going to grow up to be a gorgeous girl when she gets older. The younger two brothers definitely have a connection – and seem to love to try and get in trouble! I’m sure they’re a handful, but they all seemed so sweet.
